What we require
The same standards apply to every partner, no matter who writes your insurance.
- General liability insurance, verified with your insurer
- Workers’ compensation or occupational accident coverage for everyone on the job
- Any license Texas requires for your trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, mold remediation, pesticide application)
- Written contracts with owners, and lien waivers with every payment
- No insurance claim handling, and no deductible waivers
- Photo documentation at each stage of the job
